Engagements are led by a technical lead and platform architect with more than a decade of backend and platform engineering across banking, telecommunications and identity verification. That record includes systems taken through security and compliance certification, a reporting architecture designed for one billion transactions, and development teams led through the transition from a monolith to microservices.
02Engagement model
Engagements operate on an embedded basis rather than as an external supplier: your backlog, your review process and your release cadence, with work delivered through the same channels as any other member of the team.
The distinction is contractual rather than operational: no headcount approval, no notice period and no termination process, and the engagement concludes when the work does. Where senior capacity is required for a defined period rather than on a permanent basis, this is faster to arrange and carries no exit cost.
03Commercial terms
Oak 9 Digital is established in Croatia and operates across the European Union and the United Kingdom. Contracts are executed under your own governing law and venue.
Invoicing is EU business-to-business under the reverse charge, with Peppol e-invoicing for public bodies required to receive structured invoices. Supplier questionnaires are completed in your own template and returned in writing.
